Friday / Saturday: Venue open from 7am to 5am
Sunday: Venue open from 7am to 9pm
The Kitchen is open Wed from 5 pm to 9 pm and Fri, Sat & Sun from 7 am to 9 pm.

If you're pushed for time on the clock and the pocket, our Egg & Bacon Roll is perfect for your start to the working day. Or take the trek on a taste quest from our globally inspired menu featuring our special Croque Monsieur, Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs and our selection of Frittatas. Start light with Croissants, Toast and French Toast or give your body a healthy boost to the day selecting from Fresh Strawberries and Pouring Cream or Bircher muesli.

Enjoy Kaliber's hearty dishes at lunch - the most important meal of any Australian day. From robust Lamb Chops to the man's meal of Pork Cutlets, our NZ Chili Mussels Linguini or our unique dish of Whole Baby Snapper, our lunch menu and daily specials will keep you powering through the afternoon.
Our Steaks are Halal and premium grade, fired to perfection by our chef. Our Wagyu Burgers or Tempura Battered Barramundi Fish with Salad and Chips are a sure fire lunch hit.
Or keep your midday meal simple and meat-free, with our Kaliber favourite Frittata, a selection of Salads and pan seared Salmon available immediately upon request. The Kaliber Garlic Prawn Salad especially is another hidden Kaliber delight.
